Creatine

Creatine is a substance naturally produced by our body as a source of energy for muscles and is synthesized in the liver, and the pancreas and kidneys. Creatine is formed in the body from the amino acid arginine, methionine and glycine, and produce chemical energy - ATP (adenosine triphosphate). The body of an average person produces per day, about 2 g of creatine. So, what is most important for us, creatine promotes the renewal of ATP which is used when working muscles.
